Get exercise and get fit in the Old Library
Two classes are on offer:
Hatha Yoga on Monday, 6.15-7.45 pm, and Kettlebell on Wednesday, 6.30-7.30 pm. Both of these will make sure you feel energised and toned up.
Yoga classes are £6.50 per session
Kettlebell exercises let you burn a lot of calories over a short time
Chris of C&J Personal Training will take you through the routine and will make sure you perform the movements in a safe way
And these are the Kettlebells. Cost is £5 per session
