Cornholme Open Gardens Day
took place on a glorious sunny Sunday 9th June.
Cornholme and Portsmouth residents as well as visitors from as near as Todmorden and as far as Halifax followed the Garden Trail around Cornholme and Portsmouth.
Tea, coffee and cakes kindly donated by local people were enjoyed in the Old Library.
A Photo presentation gave everyone a taste of the gardens they were going to see or sealed the memories of just visited gardens and allotments.
The organisers were busy at the Plant Stall by The Old Library.
Everyone had a chance to admire creativity and hard work of many garden owners and allotment holders. Next year, let’s make it even more magical!
